A “Dutch fuck” is a slang term for lighting a cigarette directly from the lit end of another one.
In October 2023, Koen Schuiling, the mayor of Groningen at the time, is found sitting in his car at a petrol station, partially undressed. He had stopped because of sudden abdominal pain. Truck drivers witnessing the event suspect he may have been cruising. Koen Shuiling is gay… Months later, the pain causes him to stop along the highway and relieve himself again by massing his abdominal area. Bystanders once again assume deviant sexual acts and report him to the police. During that investigation, the earlier petrol station incident resurfaces. He was forced to resign.
